A bit of this and that

Now that school is into full swing Brigitte and I have found some time to breathe for more than minutes and update our blog with all the coming and goings we've had lately.

The questions that we get most often is "How's the wedding planning?" And the reply is always the same, "We're done!" As we pass the four month mark we find ourselves fine tuning and getting ready for this great celebration on March 24. We have a few small items in the near future for wedding related tasks, like suit fittings and food tasting. but nothing stressful. A few wedding related events that have been notable for us lately have been wedding showers, picking out our wedding bands, and finalizing invitation details.

The second we have gotten has been "How's the big guy?" Maximus has fully recovered from TPLO surgery, doggie lingo for a torn ACL. The most time consuming part of this was physical therapy twice a day for two weeks; despite the rough times he is back to running around the house and going on hour long walks through the neighborhood. Not only are Brigitte and I glad to have Maximus back, but Davis is as well.

As we gear up for the next four months we hope to have some more pictures and details of the final wedding preparations posted so stay tuned!!
